Splinter Cell is great. Fact. Therefore PS2 owners should be over-joyed to hear that they could be enjoying Ubi Soft's wonderful stealth antics as early as March this year, as a port is already well underway. The new version will boast a new Powerplant level, though it is unclear how well Sony's aging console will handle the sumptuous levels of detail in the game's intricate levels. A PC version will also be out come the end of January, and new Splinter Cell levels will be downloadable for Xbox owners via Live in coming months.© 2012 Ferrago Ltd
