Despite no official announcement from Valve or publisher VU Games, several reports currently slithering across the internet suggest that a new Half-Life 2 add-on pack will be revealed imminently by the developer, who are said to have confirmed the new title to PC Gamer magazine. The pack is said to focus on the role of Alyx Vance in the proceedings, and this is what previous rumours had been suggesting.
A brand new weapon - dubbed the 'Alyx gun' currently - is said to be a mix of pistol, SMG and sniper rifle.. the robot dog is also said to be making a return to our monitors. All in all, we can't wait for further details.
