Zelda: Link's Awakening comes to the Virtual Console
News - The Legend of Zelda's 25th anniversary celebrations begin
Today sees the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening as the first Zelda title on the portable version of the Virtual Console.
As part of a the 25th anniversary celebrations for The Legend of Zelda series, Links Awakening will be the first Zelda title available on the eStore's Virtual Console for DSi and 3DS.
Miyamoto added that they will be releasing Four Swords on DSiWare.
This September, the four-player co-op Zelda title will be available for free on the DSi's games download service.
