Web address hints at Driver sequel

Ubisoft has registered the domain www.driversanfranciscogame.com, giving rise to rumours that the next instalment of the long-running Driver series will be set in the Bay Area city.
SuperAnnuation caught the filing and estimates that it's the title for the upcoming Driver sequel that Ubisoft has pledged to release sometime within the next 12 months.
No details about the game's setting have been revealed by Ubisoft, but San Francisco would make an excellent location for a driving game given the steep hills and maze of roads. Many a memorable chase scene have been set in the city.
With a release relatively soon, expect firm info to come out of Ubisoft during E3 in June.
