Xbox exec slams Gran Turismo 5

In explaining how he thinks Xbox 360 will dominate 2010, Microsoft product development director Aaron Greenberg goes a bit too far and bad mouths Polyphony Digital, the famed developer behind the Gran Turismo franchise.
Greenberg downplayed the significance of Gran Turismo 5, brushing it off as second-rate compared to Microsoft's own exclusives. "Is it launching next year? I've seen years and years of mini-games, but I haven't seen that the game is done," he brashly quipped in an interview with Gamasutra.
It's an uncalled for slam against a franchise that in no way competes with Microsoft's Halo series that Greenberg claims is better. Have we mentioned the 53 million Gran Turismo games that have been sold?
Despite Greenberg's claims, Gran Turismo 5 is indeed revving up for release sometime in 2010.
