New Prince of Persia game links with film?
News - The Forgotten Sands spied
With the first footage from Ubisoft's new Prince of Persia game having emerged at yesterday's Video Game Awards in North America, it seems as if the next game could be designed to tie in with the new film.
Set for release in May of 2010 (the film - The Sands of Time - will be released in the same month) the new game will be called The Forgotten Sands.
What's more, the prince in the game does boast something of a Jake Gyllenhaal likeness, while the title seems to dispense with the watercolour vibe present in the previous title's visuals.
If this initial footage is anything to go by, the new game will sport the game-rewind mechanic, to help the Prince out in tricky spots. More soon.
