DSi leads Japanese sales
News - PS3 tops console race
The latest Japanese hardware sales for the week ending October 11th are in, with the DSi resuming its usual spot at the top of the rankings.
While the DSi leads overall, with sales in excess of 50,000, the PSP second with just over 40,000 units sold during the week - the PS3 was the top 'console' seller, managing nearly 31,000 sales.
The Wii was just a couple of hundred units short of the PS3's total, before a giant leap down to the DS Lite's 5,000 and the Xbox 360's total of just over 3,000.
As per usual, the PS2 console is clinging on in last place was sales of just over 2,000 units. More soon.
