Suda has grand ambitions for No More Heroes

News - Looks to PS3 and 360

Speaking to Edge magazine, Goichi Suda (Suda-51) has said that No More Heroes needs to move beyond the Wii, and that he hopes it can become a big franchise in the future.

"I really want to make NMH a big franchise, and with this second episode have bigger success. I'm putting a lot of care into developing this IP, as I feel there's a lot of potential," he revealed to the magazine.

"I think this is the last NMH that is going to be developed on Wii. To expand NMH to new possibilities, we need a new platform. Wii is a great platform, but we've done everything we can with it now."

No More Heroes 2 is on the way, and will be published by Ubisoft, while rumours abound that the original game is set for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
