DSi tops in Japanese hardware stakes
News - Wii still losing out to PS3
The Wii console is definitely flagging in Japan, the PS3 once again ahead of Nintendo's system in the latest Japanese hardware sales.
The DSi, however, is still the number one system in the land of the rising sun - the new handheld topping 53,000 sales, with the PSP second with over 48,000 sales.
Next up is the PS3 with 20,000 consoles sold, followed by the Wii with a mediocre 15,000.
Next up is the DS Lite with less than 9,000 units, chased by the Xbox 360 with nearly 8,000; the PS2 is last with somewhat over 5,000 sales.
