LittleBigPlanet for PSP is, according to Sony, not the biggest new game en route to the handheld - merely one of the most important titles announced by the platform holder so far.

Speaking to Kotaku, Sony Computer Entertainment America exec John Koller said that a number of unannounced titles are just as important to the PSP as LittleBigPlanet, and these secret games will also be out in 2009.

"At Destination PlayStation we announced about half of the line up for the PSP this year, some fairly major, triple-A titles are coming for the back half of the year that are going to be announced in the coming months and at E3," the big cheese explained.

"LittleBigPlanet is going to be one of the top three but a number of others that are coming are just as big."

Koller also lets slip that players of LBP on the PSP will also be able to connect to the PS3 version in some unspecified capacity.
