News - Valve celebrate 10 years of Half-Life
Valve's seminal debut, the original Half-Life, was ten year's old yesterday, and to celebrate the developer are offering the game via Steam for less than a dollar. 98 cents, in fact.
The first-person shooter may be old, but the game's influence over the genre is unquestionable, and at less than a dollar this is still a great bargain.
The title was first released in 1998, and was the pinnacle the PC FPS genre when it was in its heyday.
Happy tenth Half-Life!
