Fragile coming from Namco

News - New Wii RPG sighted

A new role-playing title has been unveiled by Namco Bandai today, the Japanese publisher lifting the proverbial lid on a Wii title called Fragile.

A new official site for Fragile has been launched by the firm today, with Tri-Crescendo set to fulfill development duties having cut their teeth on Eternal Sonata and Baiten Kaitos. Visually, the game looks impressive, and from what we can gather the trailer suggests a plot surrounding a comic book collector searching for the survivor of a terrible accident.

You can view the trailer in question via the official site. It will certainly be interesting to see what the developers make of the Wiimote, while the Big N themselves will no doubt be cheered by the prospect of a more 'serious' game on their format.
